Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment.

Please note that some types of medication although on repeat prescription require patients to be reviewed either by a doctor or nurse before being prescribed and can not be issued via email request.

You may also request your repeat medication in writing using the tear-off printed slip attached to your prescription (please indicate with a tick which items you require). If you would like the prescription posted back to you please supply a stamped, addressed envelope.

You may also order by telephoning the Repeat prescription line no. 01792 391464; if you are unsure about any aspects of your repeat medication this would be the best means of requesting it.  The line is open from Mon to Fri 9.00am - 12.00 (noon)

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
