Regular Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on regular medication, a printout of all your current medication accompanies each prescription on the right hand side.

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment.

Please note that some types of medication although on repeat prescription require patients to be reviewed either by a doctor or nurse before being prescribed and can not be issued via email request.

You may also request your repeat medication in writing using the tear-off printed slip attached to your prescription (please indicate with a tick which items you require).  If you would like the prescription posted back to you please supply a stamped, addressed envelope.

You may also order by telephoning the Repeat prescription line no. 01792 390413 OPTION 2; if you are unsure about any aspects of your repeat medication this would be the best means of requesting it.  The line is open from Monday to Friday 9.00am - 11.30am.

The surgery uses an online repeat prescriptions service called My Health Online (MHOL).  Please see below information sheets together with a request form to register for this service.  

To register for this service, please complete and return to the surgery the appropriate registration form for your circumstances and we will arrange for you to receive log in details.  Please note that there are different forms if you wish to use this service on behalf of a patient and you cannot use the same email address twice.
